What to expect

A small, facilitated evening exploring how we ask, offer, accept, and decline touch. Structured exercises, plenty of talking, and a room built to make the awkward feel safe. No experience needed. Touch is always optional.

The Environment

The room

  • A sprung-floor studio, softly lit.
  • Cushions, chairs, and space to stand.
  • Two facilitators and a support host.
  • Tea after.

Before you arrive

  • Bring water.
  • Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in.
