How we gather

The culture is the product.

This isn't buried in the terms and conditions. It's the whole point.

Participation is always optional. Ask before you touch, paint, photograph, or approach. A yes can become a no at any moment.

Questions are encouraged. Nobody is expected to already know how a Luminary room works.

Boundaries are information, not rejection. Hearing a no and moving on gracefully is the most Luminary thing you can do.

Certain experiences are phone-free or photography-limited. What happens in the room stays with the people who were there.

Luminary environments intentionally encourage human interaction. Put the phone away. Look up. Say hello.

Expectations depend on the experience and are stated on each experience page. Arrive present enough to consent and to care for others.

Hosts and facilitators are on the floor to help you navigate the environment. They are marked, approachable, and never too busy.

Guests have clear ways to raise concerns: any host, the front desk, or care@luminaryskinco.com. Every concern is logged and followed up.

Luminary doesn't simply design events. Luminary designs social environments.
